Join our tween/teen book club, The PageTurners! We will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00pm. This month we will be discussing the book, Heretics Anonymous by Katie Henry. There will be great snacks!

At the end of each meeting, members can make suggestions for future reads. Please come prepared to share two things you liked about the book, two things it could have improved on, and any other thoughts you have about the book. Registration is required. Copies of the book can be found at the front desk.

Summary: Starting in a new high school is tough enough, but when you are an atheist starting your first day in a private Catholic high school, things are super rough.  Add in some messy home situations and things go bad fast.  Except Michael catches a break and meets up with a group of students that are misfits in some ways, each trying to figure out for themselves where their faith stands, not only with God, but in their daily lives.  With laugh out loud hilarity and a genuine feel for what matters to this ragtag group of friends, Henry hits the mark on how hard it can be to stand up for what you believe in while trying to be a good friend.
