Join our tween/teen book club, The PageTurners! We will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00pm. This month we will be discussing the book, The Body in the Woods by April Henry. There will be great snacks!

At the end of each meeting, members can make suggestions for future reads. Please come prepared to share two things you liked about the book, two things it could have improved on, and any other thoughts you have about the book. Registration is required. Copies of the book can be found at the front desk.

Summary - Alexis, Nick, and Ruby have very different backgrounds: Alexis has spent her life covering for her mom’s mental illness, Nick’s bravado hides his fear of not being good enough, and Ruby just wants to pursue her eccentric interests in a world that doesn’t understand her. When the three teens join Portland County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue, they are teamed up to search for a autistic man lost in the woods. What they find instead is a dead body.
