Join our tween/teen book club, The PageTurners! We will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00pm. This month we will be discussing the book, The Field Guide to the North American Teenager by Ben Philippe. There will be great snacks!

At the end of each meeting, members can make suggestions for future reads. Please come prepared to share two things you liked about the book, two things it could have improved on, and any other thoughts you have about the book. Registration is required. Copies of the book can be found at the front desk.

Summary - Norris Kaplan is a Black French-Canadian teen with a bit too much cynical snark for his own good. At least that’s what his mom repeatedly tells him. And when he’s transplanted from Montreal down to the blistering climes of Austin, Texas, he gets a first-hand view of how his American high school experience—and maybe even love—will be impacted by an abundance of sarcastic wit.
