Come discover the wonders of kombucha brewing! Learn about fermented beverages  as we look at preservation the natural way. Kombucha is an all-natural, raw fermented tea that has been around for hundreds of years and is made by fermenting tea with sugar using a SCOBY - a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast.  It’s a delicious dose of goodness for your gut, packed full of beneficial acids, lactic bacteria, enzymes and antioxidants. The goals of our Kombucha Class are to demystify the process and give you confidence in your own home brewing ability.
