Halloween is almost here! Wear a costume and joins us for the annual Sandown Public Library's Halloween Spooktacular! This is great for the whole family! We will have a costume parade at  1 p.m. followed by a Halloween craft and cookie decorating. At 2 p.m. Steve Blunt, a New Hampshire singer/storyteller whose fun performances have delighted audiences at schools, libraries & concert venues throughout New England, will perform.
