Join us for an unforgettable celestial journey with Sandown Library and Recreation Center! Our Eclipse Adventure program promises an engaging and educational experience that will spark your curiosity about the wonders of the universe. Here's what's in store:

Eclipse Viewing: Get ready to witness the magic of a celestial event! We'll provide special eclipse glasses to safely observe the breathtaking moment when the moon partially or fully covers the sun. Our knowledgeable staff will guide participants through this rare phenomenon, sharing fascinating insights about solar eclipses.

Art Activity: Let your creativity soar with our eclipse-themed art activity! After marveling at the wonders of the sky, children will have the chance to express their experiences through art.

Snacks and Refreshments: Recharge with delicious snacks and refreshments during the program. We'll have an assortment of treats to fuel your eclipse adventure, ensuring that everyone stays energized and engaged throughout the event.

This event will be held at the Sandown Recreation Center at 25 Pheasants Run Drive, Sandown NH.  If you've never been to the Rec and use a phone to navigate, search for "Sandown Recreation" instead of searching by address.  For whatever reason apps send people to Chester when they use the address.  Pheasants Run Drive is off of Route 121A, behind the Sandown Police Station.
